Grayson Estate at the Pearl - Walk to Bars/Dining and Pearl Brewery

Amazing 100 plus year old estate beautifully restored in 2017. A short walk of less than 10 minutes to the The Pearl Brewery entertainment district and the Museum Reach area of the world famous San Antonio Riverwalk. The Riverwalk, Alamo and the Convention Center are less than a five minute Uber ride. Everything is close by!

Getting around
Walking - easy walk to Pearl Brewery and countless restuarants, bars and activities. If you choose to drive the Pearl Brewery complex there is plenty of free parking. Biking - San Antonio has B-Cycle program where cheap rentals are available all over San Antonio downtown area. Closest station is at the Pearl Brewery less then 1/2 mile away. Abundant bike lanes all around Pearl and downtown areas. Uber - less then $7 ride to most all downtown locations

-Check in is at 4. - Please clean up after yourself - Dispose of trash including cigarette butts properly - Adults are responsible for their children - We are not liable or responsible for any accidents or injuries on property - No illegal drugs - House is not childproofed - CHECKOUT: Please throw all used towels in wash and start a cycle on the quick/express setting, remove all trash, leave used beds unmade, close and lock all windows and doors, all indoor lights turned off, the porch light on and please just leave the space like you found it (nice and clean) Please be conscious of staining that often occurs with oil based makeup, lipsticks and liners. Please make sure to remove before bed to avoid charges that may result from unusable linens. Dog Friendly. Dogs only, $85 per dog fee. Extra Cleaning fees will be applied if additional cleaning is necessary due to dog(s).
