These homes are both located in the historic Lavaca neighborhood approximately 0.2 miles apart (under 5 minutes walk).

Home # 2 MODERN UPSCALE HOME IN THE HEART OF LAVACA

Spectacular New Build in the Heart of Lavaca. Ideally located - steps from the Alamo, Riverwalk, Convention Center, Hemisfair Park, Alamo Dome, Southtown, King William District and La Villita Arts village. Perfect for group corporate rentals, family reunions, and large groups of friends traveling together.

The main house is two stories with a bedroom on the first floor with easy access to the half bath and three bedrooms on the second floor - each with a full en suite bathroom. Studio above the garage adds a fifth bedroom with full en suite bathroom. Studio is accessible by outside staircase or directly from the second floor of the main home via covered walkway. Enjoy views of the Alamodome or the Tower of the Americas from almost every room in the home.

Garage access - One car garage and parking space for one car in driveway. Additional parking on street if needed with guest permit.

Study - first room to the right as you enter the home has two luxury Posh+Lavish Oeko-Tex Certified Twin XL beds and Room darkening shades. This room does not have a closet but does have a dresser which provides ample drawer space. Guests will utilize the half bath adjacent to the Kitchen but will need to share a full bath with another guest on the second floor.
