Beachfront villa

Ideal to enjoy with family or friends. With all the comforts for a happy holiday.
The single-storey house consists of three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a washing machine room with space for beach games, such as mats, underwater goggless, etc. a large living room facing the sea, the fully equipped kitchen and the terrace to access the avenue and beach with barbecue, sunbeds, a large table to eat outdoors, under a tree, which in summer casts a great shadow. You can also shower outside in the sun after taking a bath at the beach, and stay in bath clothes, return to the sand or continue with the barbecue if you wish. In short, be in touch with nature every day, in your own home.

Propriétaire sympathique et disponible en cas de besoin.Emplacement idéal face a la mer, tout en étant au calme à l’exception des avions mais nous le savions et cela ne nous a pas gêné.Maison vaste et très agréable. Seul bémol est le bruit de la climatisation de la suite parentale. Prévoyez des boules Quies et ça ira.

Very nice

We had a great time. Great host and great location right at the beach. Just a comment as we have not read it in any other rating: it is right next to the airport so you do hear the airplnes quite loadly starting and landing. It did not bother us a lot but should be mebtioned for the completr picture :)

Delightful beach house

We thoroughly enjoyed our week here, very relaxing and the villa was perfect for just chilling out and taking in the view. Lovely flat walks in either direction, a good selection of restaurants to choose from.

Très belle location mais....

La location est idéalement placée face à la mer et une superbe plage de sable fin. Globalement les lieux sont propres. Des chambres plutôt spacieuses dont une avec salle d'eau privative. Terrasse avec table qui permet de prendre les petits déjeuners et dîners face a la mer, très sympa. Par contre côté cuisine c'est loin d'être à la hauteur de ce qu'on est en droit d'attendre pour le prix. Les meubles sont tres abîmés et peu fonctionnels. Les ustensiles de cuisine et la vaisselle sont quasi inexistants et complètement inadaptés pour 4 personnes (impossible pour 6 personnes). L'annonce fait état d'un barbecue qui se résume en fait à une petite plancha électrique, il faut faire avec. Contrairement à ce qui est décrit vous ne trouverez pas non plus de bouilloire. Une cafetière est présente mais si vous êtes 4 prévoir de faire 2 tournées, trop petite. Malgré tout comme ce sont les vacances on fait avec et on profite de cette superbe île qu'est Lanzarote.

Sería muy importante acondicionar la ducha a persona con movilidad asistida, por ejemplo barras para agarrar mientras se ducha. La escasez de productos y necesidades básicas, como agua , leche, etc, el primer día., no se corresponde con el precio pagado. La atención al cliente no es muy satisfactoria en relación calidad precio.

Huisje aan het strand

Bij aankomst konden we niet naar binnen, omdat de schoonmaakster de deur van het terras op slot had gedaan. Duurde lang voor er hierover communicatie op gang kwam. Huisje ligging perfect, maar veel achterstallig onderhoud.

Honest opinion

The property is a beautiful villa on Avenida Playa Honda. It was well equipped and spotless. Brilliant location and had everything required for a perfect holiday. Carlos did everything expected of him and more eg ran us to airport at end of holiday. Many thanks Carlos.

A Perfect Place for a Getaway.

We spent eight nights in this wonderful property. It was very well presented, clean and perfect for us and our three Kids. Its close to everything and yet is still far enough away from the busier resorts to offer some peace and tranqulity. Carlos the owner couldn't do enough for us and was brilliant to deal with (especially when we locked ourselves out prior to leaving!). The location next to the beach was a God send and the kids loved every minute of it. If I was looking to pick any holes in it, then the only thing I could come up with was the lack of air-con (which we knew about before we took the place) , but there were fans in all the rooms so it wasn't a problem at all. Slept really well. We will certainly be back again and I couldn't recommend it enough!! Thanks for everything Carlos.

Schönes Domizil in gute Lage

Wir haben den Aufenthalt genossen, es ist ein grundsätzlich sehr schönes Haus mit vielen schönen Aufenthaltsmöglichkeiten. Auch der Aussenbereich hat uns sehr zugesagt. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich, netter Kontakt und auch immer wieder Nachfragen, ob alles ok ist. Die Bäder sind ausreichend groß und ansprechend Bei schlechtem Wetter ist unterhaltungselektronisch vorgesorgt, außerdem gutes und schnelles WLAN Kleiner Nachteil, die Küche. Sie müsste einfach mal renoviert und gereinigt werden: soviel zusammengesammeltes Geschirr, Glas und Kochzubehör habe ich lange nicht erlebt, kleiner Rundgang bei Ikea würde schon helfen. Auch wäre frisches Spülzubehör ansprechender. Und... die Handtücher waren sparsam bemessen Die angegebene Waschmaschine fehlt Trotz dieser kleinen Makel würden wir das Quartier immer wieder anmieten, haben uns wohl gefühlt

Una casa de primera en primera línea de playa

Mi familia y yo hemos disfrutado durante una semana de una casa acogedora con todo el equipamiento y en un lugar ideal para disfrutar de la playa y de todas los atractivos de esa isla que hay que visitar. El propietario ha sido muy amable en todo momento. Sin lugar a dudas estaremos encantados de repetir .

Great location with wonderful sea view but felt like being in a 'zoo' at times.

My family and I have been coming to Lanzarote for over 25 years. We know the island inside out. Just recently, we sold our own property and booked this villa as we still had flights booked. The area of Playa Honda is a lovely spot and the walks to Arrecife and PDC are ideal- no traffic to contend with and nice wide promenades, scattered with some great tapas bars and restaurants along the way. You will gets lots of aircraft noise though but we knew that. This property is located with perfect views of the sea and opens out onto the walkway. Within minutes you are at some nice bars and restaurants all serving really great food at very reasonable prices. The villa itself was OK - it needs some updating here and there - when we arrived the freezer compartment was pretty frozen and there was no BBQ or Iron, which we had to buy and even though the internet was brilliant, there was no UK TV available (which a cheap IPTV box would easily sort). During the day with the sun out we were struggling to find some shade on the patio - we love the sun but sometimes its nice to eat lunch on the patio and relax, however when you cant escape the heat, we were constantly trying to move the table and loungers around to get a piece of shade. This wouldn't be a problem in the cooler months but at the height of season, it could be a real downside. The biggest niggle for us, and it might not bother you, is that there is a sign on the front of the property advertising that it is a 'holiday let'. This is required due to the letting legislation in the Canaries however the huge downside is that pretty much every person that walked past seemed to want to look over the gate/ fence and peer onto the terrace. This did become rather annoying after a while - you couldn't sit on the terrace for long, or sunbathe for that matter, without having a head or two peering over at you. This is great advertising for the owner but at times, we felt like we were on show - hence the being in a zoo comment above!! Being on the beach was great but this also meant that you bring in sand to the property - the brooms were pretty ineffective and whilst there was a mop, there was no mop bucket so if you are the sort of person that likes to sweep up and mop up after yourself, this may be a problem. It needs a mop bucket and decent broom. We stayed 10 nights and would have liked a towel/linen change too. This is a good property - space inside is ideal - it could be great with a few tweaks!
