"We have been going up to Lake Arrowhead for over 10 years, we always stay at Lake Arrowhead Resort and Spa . . . it is showing its age and is not being attended to. Being in construction we notice the neglect, peeling paint, broken concrete, broken and torn screens, non-working amenities. Cheap fixes ..."
