A/C was icy cold! The office manager was very kind and helpful. Walls are very thin and we heard everyone in other rooms. Room was clean and smelled fresh. Overall a pleasant stay!

Cute little hotel In the heart of San Carlos. The rooftop lounge was a real treat. The staff was super friendly and helpful. I had breakfast delivered to my door each morning. The AC worked great and the beach was only a 10 minute walk away for a nice swim or some surfing. Would stay here again for the price.

Misleading description- mini fridge only even though advertised as kitchenette with cooking utensils. Showerhead exploded so we didn’t even get a shower. Bed was comfortable though.

The room was clean and beds were comfortable. It was a 15 minute walk to the beach and next to local corner stores and restaurants. The owner was nice and showed us around when we came in. It was also around a 20 minute walk from the bus stop so there's no need for a car to move around. Theres a rooftop bbq area with hammocks and table top games that anyone staying can use. There's friendly cats on the property so that's a plus too. The shower was a hassle to use, the shower head sprayed everywhere other than me and to use the hot water I had to keep my finger on a hose coming out of the heater. In the middle of the night another person staying came over banging at the door and swearing over tv noise not letting her sleep, even though the volume was at 10%, so noise travels easily between rooms.

the two (?) owner are super nice! When we couldn’t find the AC controller, we texted the Hotels WhatsApp number and just five minutes later the man from the upstairs came with the controller. The woman was also very kind and super helpful! We had a lovely stay and can highly recommend!

Chambre basique, tres basique C etait sombre avec seulement une fenêtre qui donne sur le mur avec les ballons d eau chaude au dessus, une casserole rouillée, la plaque de cuisson grasse et sale, le tout a besoin d amour. Propreté à améliorer

J'ai vraiment aime le soutien et disponibilité de l'hôtesse. Par contre le seul point négatif et le plus important pour moi était la propreté de la chambre. À mon arrivé la chambre était très salé (la toilette et du sable partout). Au centre et à 15 min de l'hôtel.
