Perfect Location!

Centrally located between LA and San Diego , Great Nightlife - short walk to bars and restaurants! Very pleased with owner’s hospitality! Will definitely be staying here again.

Incredible Cottage

Rikki was an amazing host! Everything was perfect! The deck had comfy furniture and there was even a BBQ (even though I didn't use it, just to know it was there was awesome). Loved the beachy decor in the cottage...so good. And... walking to the San Clemente beach is less than 10 minutes away!!

Wonderful relaxing week

Property was perfect walkable distance to shops and beach. Sheets and bed and pillows were soft and supportive. Host was super responsive. House and property were very clean. Loved the deck great place to eat dinners do yoga and read I'll be back for sure.

San Clemente visit with family

Everything was great. Location perect. Everything was in walking distance...farmer's market, French bakery :-). we stayed for 8 days with our two Boston Terriers and Riki's Santa Barbara Cottage was a great choice.

Central Location

Great central location that provides easy access to all parts of San Clemente. Dedicated parking spot. Home was clean and neat. There are about 12 stairs to enter the home - not a problem for us but might be for some. I would stay again.

Great location for a comfortable beach stay

Location is convenient for walking either to the beach or to the downtown restaurants. Cottage is comfortable with lots of room for 2 people. WiFi is great, very fast. Outdoor deck is very roomy and airy with plenty of seating. This was my second stay here so I definitely recommend. Riki is a great host as well.

Relaxing stay!

We have been to this property several times and always return. Perfect location, close to everything. Walking distance to restaurants and the beach. Riki the host is the best at what she does. We never have a problem. Will be back again soon.

Five stars for SB Cottage

My partner and I enjoyed our stay very much. Riki thought of everything for this cute cottage, we were so comfortable here! The AC was the icing on the cake for us, very very nice! Also quick walk to shops in town or the beach. We will be back!

Super cute and comfortable place

We enjoyed the spacious environment, including a large deck that we could sunbath on. the spacious environment, including a large deck that we could sunbath on. We had easy walking access to the beach and up to the shops and restaurants. This was a well supplied home. All we needed to do was buy a few groceries. I would highly recommend this place when staying in San Clemente

Great host and great location

Riki was a great host. Great communication with her before our arrival and during our stay . Nice location with everything you go to a place like San Clemente close by. (Beach, Del Mar for dining and shopping, and, of course , the beach.) House was very cute and very roomy. Riki keeps it well stocked with all necessary supplies, etc. Bed was very comfortable . Very nice front patio to sit on. Really enjoyed our stay.

Close to everything

This little charm was a nice place to stay. The floors were cleaner than anywhere I’ve stayed. The queen bed was very comfortable. Water pressure in shower was really good. Towels and sheets were soft and smelled fresh. Easy walk to beach. There was no ocean view- maybe if it were sunnier I could see it standing in the house through some power lines. Could not hear ocean from the cottage even though the location is so close to the beach. Good communication from Riki. Enjoyed my stay.

Nice place in San Clemente, walk to the beach and restaurants

We had a nice stay at Riki's, who was really welcoming and kind. The check-in was perfect and she made sure to respond quickly. She even had a plumber come in and change the water heater who was making weird noises. The condo is functionnal and well equiped. A little improvement of the cleanliness could be great.

Riki San Clemente, Calif.

We totally enjoyed our stay in SC. Riki was a perfect host. Loved being in a neighbourhood, rather than a resort. Felt very safe, close to food, groceries, gas, beach, sunsets, relatives. Quiet neighbourhood, beautiful flowers, cacti everywhere. A variety of age groups, loved that. Great tv selection. Everything worked well, appliances, plumbing, etc. Great neighbours.

Nice comfortable cottage in SC

Great location, easy walking distance to beach and downtown restaurants. Cottage is roomy and comfortable, especially for 2 people. Kitchen has pretty much everything you need for preparing your own food. Big plus to have a dedicated parking spot in a garage as parking can be a little tight around there. Riki is a great host, made sure that we had everything we needed for a great stay. Will definitely return in the future.
