Summary:
This gorgeous, recently updated Ocean Beach Condo has all new finishes, kitchen cabinets, counters, bath and furnishings! Beachy and sweet close to Dusty Rhodes Park, ROBB Field, Dog Beach and blocks to the Beach & Pier! Not your typical beach bum-galow, this one is sparkling clean & available NOW!! Large shared patio area. There is ample seating, dining set and a BBQ for your use. Super close to dog beach and YES we accepts dog on approval.

The Space:
Inside this unit really shines with all new plank flooring, updated appliances, 50" television and completely renovated bath. It is truly a designer's home! One comfortable queen bed and central AC! Inside the garage, you'll find a washer/ dryer, beach chairs, four boogie boards, and two beach umbrellas.

Guest Access:
This is a single condo that is part of a quaint 4-plex that is typical in Ocean Beach. The neighboring units are all occupied by quiet, professional long term tenants.

The Neighborhood:
OB is the hippest and most "neighborly" of San Diego's beach communities. There is nothing quite like the non-corporate lifestyle of Ocean Beach. The locals here love OB for its eclectic community that supports a range of wonderful small shops, restaurants, bars and coffee houses. You will find some of the best food, drink and shopping in the local area. All of OB is accessible on foot from this location. So enjoy and take it all in!

Getting Around:
There is an assigned parking place just outside your door (in the alley behind the property). Please be mindful that it is beach parking. Small- to mid-sized vehicles are easy to fit but larger vehicles may have to use street parking (which is actually not that hard to find within a block or so of the residence).

Other Things to Note:
For stays longer than 30 days, I require a deposit in the amount of one month's rent to be paid offline due 60 days prior to arrival as well as a formal lease agreement.
This property is pet friendly, though we don't allow cats here. There is a $150 pet fee applied after booking. If you have any questions please ask!

Interaction with Guests:
We are a self-service destination (check-in details will be sent 3 days prior to arrival). However, we are also a full-service, professional management company (that has been a Superhost/Preferred Partner for over 4 years running) and we are just a phone call/text/email away and have agents that are almost never more than 10 minutes away should a need arise.

It was a last minute trip so I needed to be able to bring my dog. The location was very pet friendly and it was a very short ride over to Ocean Beach, which allows dogs on the beach even off leash. There were several restaurants in the area that were also pet friendly so overall a great location to take your family along with your pet.. The unit was clean and was stocked of everything you would need during your visit and the check-in checkout was seamless!

This is a generously sized, well-equipped apartment that made our stay a pleasure. The neighborhood is cleaner and quieter than the ones closer to the beach. The patio is big and furnished with a couch, table and chairs for outdoor dining. We watched the lunar eclipse while eating dinner! The rules for pets are stringent and only suitable for obedient dogs who stay off furniture, etc. We would definitely stay there again.

We really enjoyed staying at Casa De Verde in OB. Aaron was such a pleasure to work with and always responded within minutes to my emails or phone calls. It was very quiet here and an easy walk to the beach or to get coffee. The condo is very well stocked. We had a great time and will definitely be back!

The property is clean and there is plenty of room for 2-3 people. Parking is easy and the house is close to the freeway. The location is also about a 20 minute walk to Ocean Beach., where there are some great restaurants. The host was very quick to reply when we had questions and was very helpful.

Enjoyed this cute, clean condo during Christmas week. It has everything you could want, including a parking space ! Super clean, nice neighbors and close to the beach. Owners Aeron and Betsy were great ! Great communication, even got my parents into the place early on check in day which was very helpful. I would not hesitate to stay here again and/or to highly recommend to anyone wanting a great place to stay near the beach in San Diego !

This is a clean, well-maintained unit. There were no major issues, and Vacation Rentals by Aaron did an excellent job addressing the few niggling issues. We enjoyed a 5-day stay, and the beautiful, fully-equipped kitchen made meals easy. There is a large health food co-op about a block away to stock up the kitchen, as well as numerous restaurants and shops within walking distance, so we didn’t even need the car that often unless we were going some distance. Finally, in addition to the famous dog beach (about a 15 minute walk), there is a very large park with fenced large and small dog parks contained within it - all just around the corner. Highly recommend.

Well furnished, clean, and modern condo central to everything from Sea World to the Midway. Funky neighborhood, walking distance to Dusty Rhodes park, Dog Beach, and a slightly longer walk to Sunset Cliffs. Ten minutes by car or Uber/Lyft to Little Italy, San Diego Bay,Gaslamp.

Great Location, quiet neighborhood + convenient to all. My stay in OB was from Sept. 8th - Sept. 18th, and I loved every minute of it. The unit was stylish, comfortable and super clean, as well as fully stocked with everything you might need. The host, Betsy, was easy to communicate with and fast to response. I will be back!!!

Stayed for 6 nights for a family visit. This is our third time in this unit. Very convenient, since the family lives just down the other end of Greene St. Everything in town is within walking distance and feel very secure in this location. Instructions were a little out of date this visit - door lock was different, and the garage doors are not numbered any more. Still, excellent choice for us.
