"I should have taken a picture of room 21. The bed had stains on the side. The restroom tub was disgusting. The place smelled. The only food part was the nice gentlemen at the lobby who checked us in. The place looks really nice on the website. It’s not that. Would not go back."

"The room was pretty basic. You can tell that Motel 6 was trying to keep up with renovations, but they obviously opted for cheaper materials, so there was a lot of wear and tear. but I appreciated that they made the effort. The staff overall were really nice. That was probably the best thing about the place. The amenities were very basic there is no microwave, no hair dryer, no iron. I made sure there was at least a fridge before checking in but there nothing else, maybe some hangers. It wasn’t bad. The shower worked well. there was a TV. And I like the back light on the headboard. That made for a good nightlight. The biggest issue was sound. Thankfully, I had quiet neighbors so that helped a lot, but if I had noisy neighbors, it would have been a very different experience. You can hear the freeway from your room. You can hear literally everything outside of the room. There is a gap between the wall, where all of the sound comes in. Again I got very, very lucky that my neighbors were quiet. But if you’re looking for any kind of soundproofing, you’re really going to need solid noise canceling headphones. Like I said, overall, not bad, but if your neighbors are noisy, you will have an issue."

"This place was horrible. the second I walked out I put a knife in my pocket in fear of my families safety. Came out of the elevator to a mountain of trash. Some sketch looking people living there. Yes this is a state run hotel and the people it has attracted are not all the best characters. Smelled like weed. Rooms were dirty, the stench of cigarettes and expired milk really set it apart. the people living next to our room, had the door wide open, room full of their belongings , over crowded and the smell coming out was aweful. The only positive was the front office staff memeber, she made getting a refund a breeze with no hassle."
