"Amazing property and location, there were some minor inconveniences but nothing to stress about. Downstairs showerhead needs to be replaced and I had issues turning off the living room lights. It's a dimmer switch and sometimes it would not go to the off position. Again, nothing to stress about but worth mentioning. I wish I had tools to tidy up some stuff 😅 TP holder on upstairs bathroom needs to be tightened as well as toilet seat."

"The ad says washer and dryer but when you get there they tell you it's not for guests but you can use it. I used it for one wash and it took all the water in the tank so for the rest of the day we had no water. They came to fix it and it took until 10pm the following day. The owner of the property Sebastian then claimed we were not supposed to use the washer and it was our fault the water ran out. "Had an excellent week at the resort. If you need a quiet, relaxing break this is the place to go. There are several kilometers of hiking trails. You can also do horseback riding and be guided through the coffee making process. The rooms are comfortable and clean. Hot water is dependable. Most units have amazing views. The staff are eager to help you enjoy your stay. Especially Stanley, who is a master at the hospitality profession."

"Everything was first class. Host was very helpful, even replaced a bathroom sink I broke when I was trying to turn on shower heat and slipped and fell on sink. It was replaced the next day. Good people to deal with."
