We never made it to the resort.Our flight was cancelled because of the civil unrest. We were reimbursed for our accommodations👍

Everything was wonderful up until the very last day. My husband and I got stuck there due to the cartel and military going at it. The hotel was kind enough to let us stay until we were able to leave and for that I’m grateful.

Loved the Town. The hotel needs updating. The rooms were very moldy smelling. We changed our room so we looked at about five of them and they all had an odor. I am very allergic to mold and now have bronchitis. It is sad because it was nice place.
San Pancho is perfect just the way it is. Hope it never grows.
The hotel is rustic with no hot water. The outer doors don’t close properly so the mosquitos were able to get in. The local Mexican staff were lovely however the management of the hotel were not welcoming. I will not return to this hotel.
Go to Taza de la Casa for breakfast! Walk the streets, enjoy the colorful culture!
San Pancho is beautiful, the locals are friendly and the food options are amazing.
