"This hotel is poorly maintained. The beds were uncomfortable. Sheets and pillows are old. A couple that stay in this hotel too, found bedbugs. The water had a sewage smell. I do not recommend the stay in this property. Definitely not a 3 star hotel. The location is unsafe."

"I asked three times for the staff to bring a pet bed that they offered to provide during the checking. After asking three times over two days, I just gave up. They never came or followed up."
