The hotel was clean, and the front desk person was amazing. The one thing was the restaurant was closed, even though the listing mentioned they had one - and it was closed permanently.

The rooftop restaurant is closed. The continental breakfast consisted of a bowl af apples, some Cheerios, fruit cups, a half dozen slices of bread and a jar of peanut butter. On the plus side, the staff were very friendly and accommodating.

We stayed here one night before checking into our resort. We arrived late, and they were very friendly, and ready for us to arrive. It was a little hard for or Taxi to find and close to the roadway/highway, but we couldn’t hear the noise from the room.

If you are driving or have a rental car this is a great option to consider for all those non-all inclusive types. Easy access to town and local beaches like the Palmilla. Fabulous staff, very friendly and English is spoken if needed. Very clean, rooms are moderate in size but comfortable with great showers and bathrooms. Made to order breakfast every morning. You can rent a car from AMC and spend a week here for less than 2 nights at most places. Great option for many looking for an affordable vacation in Cabo.

Lots of traffic and construction straight across the street, which takes care of any ocean front, view. I could go on and on. Ask for a washcloth, and they had no idea what that was. I even showed them on google and amazon, and they had no idea. Very little help with english problems. The help was very nice, but did not speak. Any english. My company for cell phone good, not get me hooked up to I have a internet for g p.s. So I was lost the entire time i wasted hours driving around, asking people for help. Finding the motel took an extra hour. Finding the airport took at least an extra hour. Finding my dinner cruise and my way back from the dinner cruise was at least two wasted hours and much stress. I think there may be bed bug problems in room 205. Very sketchy, black stuff appeared on the bed spread, which was white. I have pictures of this.

I was staying for couple of nights for work. The first night I went to bed at around 11 pm and was watching TV until then. The next day I arrived from work around 9:30 pm and they told me that the neighbour complained that the TV was loud. I am 30 years old and I have pretty good hearing but regardless I understand that some people might have sensitive hearing. No issues. I told the staff that I will just lower the volume but no the staff after a long day at work forced me to pack all my things and switch rooms. This could have been dealt with in many different ways other than forcing me to move my room. Maybe they should build their hotel better so that the sound of the TV at a regular volume does not penetrate the walls. I would avoid this hotel if possible and just stay at the Hampton down the street. The staff is not very well trained for hospitality.

Clean Simple Hotel

You get what you pay for. It’s very clean. No frills or extras just basic needs. Beds are comfortably firm. Good restaurant and bar on the roof. My only complaint would be the noise level. Being on a noisy highway would have been nice for sound proof windows. Other than that overall good economy stay

I was so lucky to book this hotel, for the price I expected something simple, but my surprise was a 5stars hotel, super clean modern and the best part was a confortable bed and a nice view. I feel like a queen because all the staff made sure to provide everything for me to have a great experience. Im so thankful with the best manager Irving who gave me a perfect experience in Sol de Cabo, also at the front desk Leo was more than kind and amazing with the check in and check out. i stayed for 5 days and I enjoyed the best breakfast made by the happy chef Charo. I loved Sol de Cabo and Im so thankful for the kindness of everyone there and I can’t wait to go back to cabo and stay in my now favorite hotel. Thanks everyone for make a good experience.
