Also, when you book with us, we’ll provide you with a wonderful online guidebook with recommendations to help you navigate the area!
Getting Around:
Los Cabos Airport is 21 miles away - about 30-45 minutes depending on traffic. Rent a car for total freedom or use taxis and ride services. Either way, you're perfectly positioned to hit all the best spots!

Booking basics
Minimum age 30 for primary booker. You'll sign a simple rental agreement and may need to provide ID at check-in. Security deposit applies and gets refunded after checkout when everything's in good shape.
This is your private oasis, but we're in a quiet gated community. Music and conversations are totally fine until 10 pm - after that, keep it mellow for the neighbors. Stick to your group size (no surprise extra guests) and no pets allowed.
The non-negotiables
No smoking indoors, no illegal activities ($500 fine - seriously, don't test us). You're responsible for any damages or extra cleaning needed. If you bring in outside services (massage, chef, etc.), you're accountable for anything that gets damaged or goes missing.
Your privacy and safety
Exterior security cameras protect the property (not watching you, just keeping everyone safe). No daily housekeeping included, but we can arrange cleaning through concierge if you want it.
