"I paid for the premium guest service and wasn’t able to utilize it completely because of too many people, too many kids and not enough food!!!
The staff weren’t helpful and seemed to have an attitude towards me, before I asked for anything.
I used to enjoy my stay at the Barcelo, I doubt seriously if I’ll return! Especially during summer break."

"The guy who let us in was super friendly and helpful with how to use the keys. We felt very safe and welcomed. It is a very walkable neighborhood and close to a strip of bars that offer plenty options of food, so you will never be bored. Amazing place to stay!"
