Studio is located next to the Caribe Hilton hotel and walking distance to 2 popular Beaches, water sports at Condado Lagoon, 20 + Restaurants, Shops and Old San Juan. Easy access to the Historic 17th Century San Cristobal fort a the base of the complex featuring events and historical tours. 5 Minutes away from new entertainment center featuring bars, restaurants, events and the famous Toro Verde zip line and store.

The Studio sleeps 4 Guest in a King bed and a Full size sofabed, a kitchen with full size refrigerator, stove and microwave. Relax in your balcony overlooking the Condado Beach, Lagoon and Ocean. Condado Lagoon Villas features a Pool, Hot Tub, Gym, Laundry Room, Full Power Generator and Water Tank.
