With 2 bathrooms featuring a bathtub and shower, you'll feel right at home. AC, a washing machine with dryer, hair dryer, and WiFi are all at your disposal. Nice ocean view from our balcony. Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. You are surrounded by wonderful beaches and activities. Just steps away from Seven Seas Beach (across the street), walking distance to Playa Escondida (one mile walk), Las Cabeza de San Juan Natural Reserve (5 mins walk), water taxi to Icacos Beach (6 mins drive) kayaking at the Bioluminescent Bay (6 mins car ride). El Yunque National Forest is 30 mins. away. Also, authentic puertorrican cuisine at walkable distance to the apartment or a short drive. The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Please do the dishes. Take out the trash. Remove bed sheets and leave them on the floor.
Verify before you leave stove, coffee maker and all air conditioners are turned off. Turn all lights off.
Leave key and gate beeper on the counter. Lock all the doors.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
