Welcome to Rio Tarcoles, where tourists stop to view these ancient dinosaurs. I've heard a few stories about this place, one being that locals sometimes toss live chickens off the bridge to put on a "show". I also read somewhere that a drunk man was bet $20 to swim across the river...and he did, but didn't quite make it. If you are at all amazed by crocodiles, this place is crazy cool. I've been here a couple of times and still get excited by the number of crocs there are. Once in awhile you'll see a stork slowly walk up to a croc, almost as if he's doing a dare, and the croc will slowly swim towards him. You get your camera ready waiting for something to go down. The staff were very friendly. All wore hair nets. Rooms clean. Good selection of food. Internet is terrible, check in was very poor. Fortunately chatgpt told us all we need to know about the different restaurants we could go to or we wouldnt have known any of that. Kids club was very good

So beautiful and modern!!! Excellent customer service, delicious breakfast and attention to the client. Private pool, fun pool table, foosball and so many more activities! Wish it was closer to San Jose center. We are definitely returning!
