Upon arrival i found that family who arrived the day prior had asked thst their room be cleaned & then finamly resorted to cleaning it thenselves
I checked in and found my bathroom dirty. The outside of the hotel had several broken air-conditioning units. The grass was overgrown. The pool was GREEN. The ceiling had leaks and there were several trash cans out to catch the rain water.
I spoke to front desk staff when checking out shortly thereafter & was told all the info would be relayed to management. I was there on site for only an hour or so. The room was not used or disturbed. In addition my son did a check in by email or text and was charged $120.
I visited with expedia early the next morning by chat & was advised to call the manager. The manager said she had not been told about any of it. She agreed to refund my rapid reward points for my stay. The $120 for my sOn's room, and a partial refund on the family who artived a day early.
I have yet to receive my rapid reward points.
