Great location near the Robinsons Mall. Quite place. Need to have AC in the hallway because it was hot. I love how it’s just across the mall and near McDonald’s. Front desk was very nice and helpful. House keeping was nice too.

It was ok hotel...very convenient..close to the mall..many places to eat and dine...Parking was not its best for customers...Also the elevator broke down during our stay...i would stay there again for the price

Room was great, clean, good TV choices including american HBO. Water was hot with good pressure, AC was cold. Bed was amazingly comfy, slept so well. The ONLY thing I didn't like, there was no water kettle for coffee, had to go downstairs next door to McDonald's or the resto in the lobby

The accessibility is excellent as the hotel is inside Robinsons complex. The toilet smells. Hot water is cold so unpredictable temperature. not even a table in the room No fridge. Kettle and drier is on request Why??

The Hotel was under a major renovation at the time of check-in. The first room was on the floor with heavy noise from the construction. The second room had no water pressure in the shower. The third room had a broken window lock. The fourth room had a connecting door. To the next room. Only a single door separated the two rooms. There was no hot water and they kept turning the electricity off and on during the day, like the construction workers were trying to find which switch powered a circuit. The Staff was very helpful in trying to find us a satisfactory room. If not for the great staff we would have left for another Hotel.

Lets talk about gd 1st. Great location, right nx to Robinson shopping mall. Fast elevator, gd cold a/c, outstanding staff, helpful, friendly. Lets see bad, no hot water in room. They say its hot but believe me its not even warm. Water is non portable. Restaurant is not so gd, we ate McDonald's every morning.

Like the hotel. Perfect location. Close to the mall and nearby restaurants. The only issue we had was the wifi constantly disconnecting.

This is what I would describe as an efficiency hotel. That being said the staff is friendly and went above and beyond during our stay. Facilities were clean and very close to the mall and many restaurants. You absolutely cannot beat the price for the area. At times it was a little loud with the traffic near the mall but I would absolutely stay here again. For any amenities missing the staff and on site restaurant make up for it.
