"My husband and I stayed one night at this property and we felt really looked after. We were travelling by bicycle and had requested secure storage in advance. The reception team immediately organised this when we arrived without prompting. Breakfast was included and was amazing. Just a wonderful warm experience."

"Spacious, clean, comfortable room. Great location. Major tourist site are within easy walking distance. Porto Nuova train station 10 minute walk, transit stop across the street. Well equipped kitchen. We only interacted with staff via WhatsApp but they were accessible & helpful."

"Clean room and helpful staff. Toilet seat not attached correctly or broken. Toilet leaked and hot water barely had water pressure to bathe. Morning breakfast same each day with no varied hot variety. Eggs, beans and sausages"

"Nous avons passé une nuit dans cet hôtel et nous avons été très satisfaits. L’hôtel est très bien, propre et agréable, et nous avons passé un bon séjour. Petit bémol : nous sommes venus fin septembre et la piscine n’était pas disponible. La salle de fitness était également fermée car elle était en réparation. Nous aurions aimé être informés de ces fermetures au moment de la réservation. Dans l’ensemble, c’est toutefois un très bon hôtel et nous avons apprécié notre séjour."
