"This is a great hotel that is clean and equipped with all you need for your stay in Cusco. Every single member of the staff was kind, friendly, and helpful! "The breakfast is excellent with fresh coffee, fresh juice, and fresh fruit every morning. The value is great. Location is great. All important Cusco landmark nearby at walking distance. The room is clean and warm in spite of the outside cooler temperature, however the bed is a little too soft for me. For someone liking more firm bed, perhaps this bed would be an issue to sleep well. The staff is friendly."
