"The staff was outstanding. I have travelled quite a lot and this was, hands down, the best I have ever had the pleasure to meet. Breakfast was varied and fresh. The view from our room balcony were breathtaking. We will certainly be staying here when we return."

"This was a great location in Riomaggiore. There was a unique way to get to it but someone met us at the train station and helped us get to our room. For seniors it has a lot of steep stairs and alleyway. Not sure I would stay again because of that. The staff were wonderful and the room was very comfortable. We really enjoyed our time there. Restaurant close by was good also."

"The room was very comfortable and very clean. Everything seemed to be new. Paolo was so helpful and attentive. We even received a welcome gift. The hotel is up the hill in a quiet area, and is easy to get to from the train station, because Riomaggiore has couple of elevators to take you up the hill."

"!!Bed bugs!! Found at 5am in the place is infested. Bites all over us. Proof by pictures and videos and blood on mattress where I killed one. Hotel will not refund and says there’s no proof. Spending the rest of our trip in the laundromat treating our belongings and buying new suitcases. Place smells moldy and like cat pee. Dirty, obviously. -great location, service was great until it needed to step up with the bedbugs and is now ignoring the problem. So disappointed."

"We had a basic economy room so expectations were not high, but the room was very basic. No fridge/mini-bar, no coffee in room, mattress was bad and pillows terrible. Just a partial ocean view as well. That being said, it was clean and the location was perfect to hit all 5 towns in a day and a half. There was no restaurant and very few choices in town or close by. Breakfast was pretty good each morning. For the price and location I would say it is worth the stay."

"Antonetta hotel ägaren/bossen var helt fantastisk. Gav oss bästa företsättningar med information om transport, vilket kort man ska ha för att få ut alla bästa upplevelser. Hon lagade mat, städa till att administrera. Hon hade allt i ryggmärgen. Hotellet var gammaldags, mysigt, med en fin altan och nära till matbutik/restauranger 5min. Frukosten var mysig, där man fick beställa dagen innan så hon kunde förbereda den. Fick även hjälp att boka en taxi som körde mig och min fru kl: 01:45...

"The room was very spacious, updated and clean. Located in a very convenient location - walk to La Spezia station is less than 5 minutes. Our towel warmer wasn't working for us but other than that, no complaints. Would stay here again for sure."

"The hotel has an excellent location 3 mins walk distance from the train station and make it easy to visit Cinque Terre. The room is very small and difficult to turn around. There is one chair for a twin room. The most difficult part is the bath room is was so small and so packed, the toilet seat is very high, the seat was not in the meddle. toilet is not in the same level as the shower and basin, it should have a yellow or white strip to cause people's attention to avoid an accident."

"Charming small hotel. Easy 2 minute walk from the La Spezia Centrale train station, even with large bags. Very nice continental breakfast. Our room was a bit small but think that’s fairly typical here."
