- Minimum 30 night stay. Your San Rafael adventure begins at this quaint new 1-bedroom studio. Inside you'll find a nice, cozy well equipped space perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. It's equipped with a full bath, full kitchen with stove/oven and microwave, own washer/dryer, TV, Wi Fi and queen bed (which will comfortably sleep 2). It has a private independent entrance, with a small sitting patio, and is comfortable for 1 person. A well-appointed bathroom makes your stay even more comfortable. It also has 1 off street private parking space, and there are more parking spaces on the street. Whether for work or leisure, this cute studio offers a peaceful retreat yet you're walking distance from downtown San Rafael restaurants and banks, and 3 minutes from 101, which makes for a quick trip to San Francisco, Wine Country or the East Bay from here. You're sure to make fantastic memories and have a productive stay at our place.
