"Room was clean but towels were not replaced even though I asked for it. AC stays at 25 degrees even after I adjust it to 21. Power went out during storm and no AC and having to walk up 10 flight of stairs in the dark was awfully unbearable and no reparations were offered. Just a too bad for you."

"The room was large and very clean. The restaurant in the hotel was very good. The staff was helpful. We did buy breakfast, but that was lacking where they could not keep up with the amount of guests and keeping food out at the buffet. We had to wait quite a while for any hot food for breakfast."

"The hotel was excellent! The room was nicer than we expected. The breakfast was also very good. The restaurant however was a letdown. It was charming and the service was good but I ordered pasta with mussels and it was inedible. I am not a food snob by any means and I will eat almost anything but the meal was so salty that I forced myself to eat a portion of it because I was really hungry. The pasta was really salty the broth had no flavour other than salt and the mussels also were super salty...

"We had a very good experience with both the hotel and its staff, who were friendly and helpful. The only downside was that the air conditioning did not cool the room enough, although we encountered similar issues at several hotels during our travels in Europe."
