"This was a very new, clean property. Breakfast options were excellent and it was very quiet! We would come back if we ever go through Lampasas again!"

"This pet-friendly cabin was very inviting. While there some stickers, this was most likely caused by the adjacent overgrown lot.The pool was so relaxing and is partially shaded by the luscious Pecan trees later in the afternoon for those who don't like direct sunlight. The cabin stayed very cool even though the outside temperature was over 100 degrees. The kitchen is fully stocked with enough dishes, glasses and silverware...there are even glass Wine glasses!San Saba is a sweet town only 18 minutes away, it has a Winery, lovely parks and even a splash pad to help cool off.We recommend staying at the River Cabin."

"Staff were lovely and accomodating. Beds were comfy, pillows were your standard hotel affair unfortunately. Downside was that the AC wasn’t turned on before our arrival and the shower didn’t go cold. But rooms were large, clean and well kept."
