Very smart and well-maintained hotel on the edge of San Sebastian's Old Town (good location for exploring the city and going to the pintxos bars) with friendly and obliging staff on reception. Free tea and coffee available in reception which was a nice perk.

Casa Nicolasa is very conveniently located to pretty much everything you will want to do in Donostia, and the property is very clean, modern, and nice. The staff is super friendly and kind, and were all very helpful. The room I stayed in was the perfect size, and included a lovely terrace! If you’re there in the warmer months the air conditioning works great! The bed was a little stiff and bouncy for me, but some people may prefer a firm mattress, or won’t mind this trade off for such a great location. Since my room was right next to reception I worried it would be noisy with people checking in and out, but I never was bothered by noise. Highly recommend this hotel!

It was on the second floor and signage and instructions were poor on how to access the hotel. It did have an elevator luckily! It was otherwise terrific! Very helpful staff and in a great location. I highly recommend it.

The location is absolutely brilliant. It is so close to bars, restaurants and shops. It is so convenient! Our room has a balcony, facing to the street but it is surprisingly quiet. The staffs are very helpful and knowledgeable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

I didn’t know what to expect and I loved the place. The staff was great and the location is perfect. Walkable to the entire city. We had one of the large patio room and used it everyday to play cards and have some wine before going back out in town. There are a few close parking garages that are extremely convenient.

Not long enough in San Sebastián!

Fantastic location, very clean with comfortable beds. The staff were smiling and helpful. Couldn’t fault it. Only thing wrong was we were only there for two days!
