En general, nuestra experiencia en el hotel fue excelente. Las instalaciones, el servicio y el resto del personal estuvieron a la altura de nuestras expectativas, y realmente disfrutamos de nuestra estancia y de nuestra primera vez en España. Lamentablemente, algo que no podemos dejar pasar por alto fue nuestra interacción con Ainoa (empleada en el desayuno), que fue completamente diferente y dejó una impresión muy negativa. Su saludo de buenos días fue disfrazado de un tono grosero, poco profesional en su trabajo y, sobre todo, innecesariamente confrontacional. En lugar de enfocarse en su trabajo y ayudarnos como huéspedes, sentíamos todo el tiempo que buscaba discusiones y que creaba una situación muy incómoda. Lo más decepcionante fue la manera en que se dirigió a nosotros. Como huéspedes, debemos ser tratados con respeto, incluso ante algún desacuerdo o malentendido. En ningún momento debería un empleado hacer sentir incómodo a un huésped de la manera en que lo hizo frente a todos, ni convertir una situación sencilla en una confrontación. La actitud de esta señora no refleja el nivel de hospitalidad que demostró el resto del equipo ni la excelente experiencia que tuvimos en el hotel. Espero que la gerencia tome este comentario en consideración y revise la situación porque un solo encuentro de este tipo puede afectar significativamente la percepción que un huésped se lleva de un hotel que, por lo demás, hizo un excelente trabajo.

The hotel was lovely, in an ideal location close to the Old Town (about a 10 min walk) and the main La Concha beach. Rooms were lovely and clean, with great air-conditioning, which was ideal for the heatwave! You can even borrow towels for the beach, you just need to leave a deposit at the front desk, which is fab if you're packing light! The only negative we have to say is the bed was really uncomfortable and definitely needs an upgrade - bedsprings we're digging into us whilst we slept!! Otherwise, the rest of the stay was perfect - shower was lovely and spacious with great water pressure and the staff on the front desk were sooo kind and helpful throughout. They couldn't do enough for you which was so nice!
