Clean room, helpful staff and well located. The En-Suite does have glass walls, which was a bit of a shock when we arrived and worth bearing in mind.

Good place to stay for two adults for a long weekend in a nice neighbourhood, nice walk along the beach to and from old town and Centro. Room was clean, only had sheer curtains but surprisingly it was dark enough to sleep as room was facing the back! Staff were friendly and helpful, we had a pleasant stay.

Nice hotel and friendly staff

Really nice stay at this hotel, after trying to find a place that was a little outside the old town. This was perfect and gave us a nice walk along the bay to get into the town each day. Also some really nice bars and cafes close to the hotel worth exploring then if going for a food inspired break.

Great terrace in good location

Good location on the other side of the beach from San Sebastián old town which was just a short cycle away. Terrace was beautiful and really made the room. Bed was comfy and the room was clean.

The staff is great and quite professional. The rooms are cleaned and the bed very comfortable. The location is amazing too. The only thing is that in the standard room, the bathroom is quite tiny and too close to the bed.

It was very clean, beautiful and easy to check in. The location was quite good with it being next to ondaretta beach, movie theatre and delicious restaurants. The decor and space was the nicest place I had been to.

Brilliant stay in San Sebastián

Pre-stay the hotel contacted me a few times to make sure I had all the information I needed to make arrival seamless. On arrival, check in was quick and friendly. The room was compact but very clean and well appointed. I was fortunate to have a huge balcony and on my second day the staff had left a little sweet treat in my room. Location was 5 minutes from the beach and it had everything I needed. I was very impressed and would highly recommend!

Lovely hotel in a very nice location. Away from the old town but nice neighbourhood which js very close to the beach and only 10 minutes walk to the funicular which takes you to Mount Igueldo. Lots of shops and cafes around and also made me feel safe all the time. The hotel also has an on site coffee shop and bar-restaurant which is very convenient. Room was clean and nicely decorated though the bathroom was a little small. I was given one of the rooms with a balcony which I appreciated and it allowed me to get a wonderful view of the local neighbourhood celebrating the summer solstice with a bonfire and music. It was quite noisy but also a highlight of my trip! Staff were incredibly friendly and I would definitely stay here again.
