Excellent stay

The Pension was very easy to find, travelling from the bus station. It is in an excellent location for the old town. The room was large and spotlessly clean. The bed was comfortable and the shower was very good. Everyone was friendly.

I had one of the best check in experiences ever here. Paul took the time to note popular sights and restaurants on a map and made me feel even more excited to explore this city. The walls are thin so it can be quite noisy at night but it was a great location - close to the bus station, old town, and gros neighbourhood.

Fantastic apartment ideally located for everything in San Sebastián. Short walk to bus and train station for easy access, just over the bridge from the old town and a 5 minute stroll from Zurriola beach. The district of Gros is perfect and this apartment is in the heart of that. A quiet side road so peaceful at night. The family room was spacious for 4 and nicely decorated. The staff (Paul and the kind lady on reception) were friendly and welcoming). The price seemed fair and we would recommend Pensión Aida without hesitation. Hope to return again!

Loved the beautiful space. It was very convenient in terms of being walkable, but it was a little loud due to the train. We were so tired that it didn't matter, but if you were very sensitive to noise, it might be a challenge. Also, the room was very bright. After all the lights were off, there weren't dark curtains to close and the street lights shone brightly in the room. However, we were tired and had sleep masks. Very comfortable bed and such an easy check-in process. Parking was convenient to paid parking but not for the free parking.

Nice location

Great service and friendly staff. We had a very nice family room with a small kitchen - great place if you travel with kids. Location was super - in the city centre and few minutes from the nice beach. Staff helped with a discount code to a public parking garage. Only small discomfort was no built in air condition - just two big fans. But it worked ok and we would stay here again anytime.

Room was small, but fine for one person. Main issue was that it was very noisy- both because of the train nearby, but also from plumbing when other guests were running taps. But location was good (I imagine that the old town would have been noisier) and staff were very helpful. I also appreciated the coffee machine in reception.
