Located near Concha Beach and a great cafe a plus. Opposite end of Old Town, aquarium and shopping. Friendly staff, easy checkin, street kind of gross and under construction.

We really loved the location close to the beach. The building was secure and the staff were helpful. From the photos we expected nice views which we didn’t have. No A/C but the ceiling fan was enough in June. The shower was tiny as I have seen in other reviews but it was fine. Will return for a future visit

Did not expect it to be three flights up in what seemed to be a residential building. Staff was helpful and so close to the beach, which was wonderful. Room was ok, best described as a pure efficiency room, though clean. Fantastic location, particularly in the summer.

Best service!

This hotel is close to the beach. The building looks run down on the outside, but the room was clean and met our needs. The best thing about this hotel is the service. They were so helpful and even printed out our train tickets! After we checked out we were able to leave our luggage with them until we needed to catch our train. They were so accommodating and answered my questions quickly on What’s App.

Lovely guesthouse, a minute walk from the beach!

Lovely and great value guesthouse, a minute walk from the beach! My room was comfortable and well equipped with a coffee maker. Mikel the manager and Elena the housekeeper were both extremely helpful and friendly. They kindly provided ample coffee and fruit, and really went the extra mile to make my stay as great as possible. The central location was a huge plus for close access to the beach, the centre of San Sebastián-Donostia, as well as the Casco Viejo (Old Town) and Gros neighbourhoods within a 15-20 minute walk away, as well as major bus routes. I highly recommend!

I really liked the location, a 2-minute walk to the beach. Everything is within easy walking distance. The old town and shops are 10-15 minutes away. There is a 24/7 access to fruit, coffee capsules, pastries and toilet paper. The shower cabin in the single room is very cramped to get in and move around. The walls aren't well insulated, so you can hear the guests next door. Nevertheless, I will definitely book this guesthouse again.

Super séjour/ emplacement au top.

Très bon séjour, merci pour l'accueil, il y a un très bon emplacement. Juste un peu dur avec la chaleur malgré le ventilateur au plafond qui est appréciable. Des petites climatisations portatives étaient disponibles mais on n'a pas demandé. Les viennoiseries, madeleines, fruits, cafés, chocolats disponibles à volonté et vraiment super bien. Je vous recommande cette pension.

Glimrende beliggenhet og praktisk opplegg med inn-/utsjekk. «Resepsjonen» var ikke betjent, men det var enkelt å kommunisere med hotellet via WhatsApp, så det var ikke noe problem. Rommet var lite men praktisk, og renholdet var bra. Det begynner likevel å vere litt slitt og bærer preg av høy luftfuktighet. Der var avfukter og takvifte på rommet, men ble fort varmt/klamt.

Rent och fint städat. Bra läge. Alla pratar inte engelska men det löser sig ändå. Trevlig personal. Finns frukt och muffins eller liknande som man kan ta när man vill.
