"The staff was very helpful as far as helping secure reservations for dinner, tours and water taxis. The hotel was very comfortable, clean and in a quieter area. It was very easy to walk to everything we wanted to see. "

10/10 Excellent
"Perfect location for arrival by train
Excellent room views over the Grand Canal
Breakfast full breakfast buffet style with two coffee machines with full choices"
"This hotel was great. I loved the location, and design and the staff of the hotel. The shops were at our fingertips and St. Marks Square was minutes away. Breakfast was very good and they also have a bar terrace"
"Best location. Right next to Rialto bridge major shopping and restaurants. Room upgraded was still super small. Like cruise ship small. Needs some updating but clean. Breakfast included was good. "
"This is one of the best hotels we have stayed in. Excellent location, around 10 minutes walk from the main atrractions. To get there was a 10 minute ferry ride from the train station and then a 5 minute walk over the Rialto Bridge. We had a spacious room with comfortable bed, very modern and clean. We had a view of the Grand Canal, and found the room very quiet when the windows were closed. The breakfast was superb. We can't fault in, and would definitely recommend it to others."
"Experience I’ve ever had staying at a place. The place itself was sooo comfortable and roomy and after a 3 week trip thru Europe this was the best place we stayed so far. "
"Amazing breakfast buffet, incredible location to St. Mark's Square. Staff were very accommodating, helpful, and friendly. The beds were comfortable. "
