San Tan Valley Stay

My family came from SC to Arizona to visit my friend and her family. This house was the perfect place for us to stay during our trip. We even arrived early to check-in and found ourselves not yet able to get into the house. A quick phone call with the house contact and we were in! The pool was great, the house was cleaned well upon our arrival, and it came stocked with the essentials. Thanks for the great stay!

Great place

Awesome home, lots of room, outdoor patio was so nice to hang at in the evenings when it cooled off. Kitchen equipped with all the essentials. Lots of room. Very nice neighbourhood. Highly recommend. Will be back.

Wonderful place great host had all the amenities for my family

The place was very clean easy communication with the property manager support was he did like we had requested. There was a crib and a highchair for our infant would definitely recommend anybody looking to stay in the San Tan Valley.

Perfect location for a family reunion!

My sisters and I stayed here for a family reunion, and there was plenty of room for grandkids and nieces/nephews to visit and play in the pool and join us for meals. The property is lovely and comfortable, with all of the amenities anyone could need. I would recommend this property without hesitation, and hope sometime in the future to be able to enjoy it again!!!

Relaxing family trip

Such a great place to relax and warm up in the AZ sun! This was just what we needed to shake the winter blues! Home is clean, comfortable, and has everything you need! The backyard is amazing and the neighborhood is quiet and nice.

Very quiet area.

We enjoyed the property, the house was very clean. We didn't use the pool because it was too cool at night but the hot tub was fabulous. Nice big kitchen and living room to rrlax.

Family Getaway

Our family of five stayed from Saturday to Wednesday. It was so nice to have the amenities of home rather than stay in a hotel room. The neighborhood was quiet, the pool was great for the kiddos and the laundry and kitchen were great for this momma! Would recommend this property to friends and would stay again.

Awesome pool, hot tub, and home!

Our family LOVED our time at this home! The heated pool was amazing. Our boys (ages 5 and 3) practically lived in the pool. The shallow area of the pool was so much fun for them to play on. The adults loved the hot tub each morning and night. The home was very clean and had everything and more someone visiting the area might need. Some extra things at the house we were not expecting: pool toys, pool raft, sports equipment, laundry detergent, and even toilet paper! This house is in a great neighborhood and is close to parks, a grocery store, and restaurants. We loved our time here and would highly recommend this place to others! ❤️

Beautiful, comfortable, highly recommend!

House was perfect for our stay! Pool was heated and so nice! The hot tub was so relaxing and very nicely sized for a family. The layout of the house is well thought out, bedrooms a little separated from master. Beds, sheets and pillows were so soft and comfortable, very nice quality. Kitchen was very well equipped and we enjoyed baking and using the grill with ease. The fireplace in the table was a nice surprise and we enjoyed it at night. We highly recommend this property, it was spotless and perfect for our trip. Thank you times four from Montana :)

Clean, comfortable, and quiet. Hot tub was nice and easy. Plenty of walking areas and close shopping for the essentials. Some good places to eat nearby and the main roads were easily accessible.

Beautiful Home away from Home

Loved the home ( clean and well stocked ) and hot tub ( used almost everyday ) Payed extra for heated pool but weather was very cold the week we were there ( December 27, 2019 to January 4, 2020 ) and could not use pool. Would recommend this property ( location is quite away from any food or shopping ), depends what you are looking for.

Oasis in the desert

Visited family in Arizona for Thanksgiving. The home is beautiful, comfortable, roomy. The kitchen is well stocked with like new appliances. All the bedrooms were decorated well and the beds were comfortable. My only complaint was that the pool never got above 75 degrees-the heater doesn't turn on if it gets below 40 outside and there was a cold snap with freezing rain while we were there. We paid to have the pool heated since it was November. Had I known about it not heating if too cold outside, I wouldn't have bothered, since I had kept an eye on the weather and was expecting the cold temperatures outside. But lesson learned. Having said that, the hot tub was wonderful and we all enjoyed a few visits. This property is definitely on my list of places to stay again next time we travel to Arizona.
