Air conditioning in the living room and in four bedrooms contribute to more comfort during the hottest days. A huge garden with sea view and manicured green lawn, a big gazebo with barbecue facing the sea will afford you to enjoy relaxing and lovely dinners together with your family or friends.

Golf players will appreciate the "Golf Club Puntaldia" which enjoys seaviews.

San Teodoro is one of the most charming and evocative tourist resorts in the north-east of Sardinia. From the Villa you can easily reach beautiful white sandy beaches, such as Lu Impostu, La Cinta and the famous Cala Bandinchi, and the islands of Tavolara and Molara, which are rich in coves with granite rocks and crystal-clear waters.
