We had an incredible stay at Zornitsa Family Estate Hotel! The surroundings and beautifully designed accommodations are made for a perfect getaway. Staff was amazing! We had a great time and everything was above and beyond! We were with a small pincher who also like it very much and was properly treated! Again the place is a must see, but the staff is the cherry on top of it which makes the experience so much enjoyable! Definitely will come again!

Everything regarding the hotel was great. The staff is vey friendly and polite.The only problem was with the payment. Expedia charged my card but did not transferred the payment to the hotel.

Wonderful property and excellent staff in a beautiful setting. I wish we had more time to stay longer. Note that the fancy restaurant is closed Monday through Wednesday. We were unable to eat there but had a fantastic meal at Bistro 55.

Fantastic views, food, wine and spa

The resturant, wine tasting and the estate was fantastic! Great service, friendly staff and great food. Dont miss out on the wine tasting or the fine dining. The spa area and the massages were amazing. 10/10!

We had a lovely short stay and we hope to return for longer. The grass on our terrace was not mowed which seemed odd and the double bed was two singles pushed together with two duvets which was unusual and not expected at Relais & Chateaux. Staff in the hotel were great.

The hotel is beautiful, with a wonderful location, and great rooms, and very nice service. I tried the tasting menu in the gourmet restaurant, but it was a bit bland and there is definitely still some way to go.

Amazing Place! Beautiful Resort! Big Rooms! Super friendly and helpful stuff! Tasty Food. From the first guy whomhelpwd us with the luggage, going thru the guy from reception who gave us the room, with the Lady who was the duty manager and who took us on a tour of the property grounds and ending uo with the amazing waiter in the main restaurant - all were an amazing stuff! We love it and we will come back!

Nous avons réservé à Zornitsa, mais avons séjourné chez Aya, nous revenons régulièrement depuis 2019. Notre court séjour a été bien agréable, malgré nos inquiétudes concernant l’agrandissement constant et la nouvelle administration. Nous recherchons le calme et le bon goût cependant, le luxe est le bienvenu! 😊 Le tout s'est très bien déroulé, cette fois-ci, nous avons beaucoup apprécié l’accueil chaleureux de Dimiter, George&team (ça fait plaisir de vous retrouver!), le service impeccable au bistro (les sourires, merci!), le housekeeping soigneux et professionnel, et aussi, les soins de visage de Dessislava! Enfin, l’accueil, le service et l'expérience étaient au rendez-vous alors que l’entretien nécessite des efforts supplémentaires, mais le site reste magnifique et nous sommes conscients du travail colossal que cela prend. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir, comme d’habitude, car cela reste le domaine de référence dans ce coin-là de la Bulgarie. Merci!🙏

Le séjour était très agréable. La propreté est impressionnant. J’aime bien les vignobles, le terrain de golf et la nature autour de l’hôtel. La chambre est spacieuse et bien équipée mais il y a besoin d’un refreshment. Le personnel est vraiment amical et poli. Je vais retourner encore, c’est sure!

Quel bonheur de revenir à Zornitza! Nous avons séjourné en famille dans une suite supérieure, upgardé généreusement par l’administration…et c’était juste top! Les bassins d’eau, la salle du sport, la vue sublime, la cuisine exquise, le personnel attentif, tout a été excellent! La valeur ajoutée: peu d’invités, bonifie le séjour en calme et en zénitude extraordinaires, quasi impossibles à trouver ailleurs. Le tout est fait avec de bon goût, de l’entretien et de soin, Zornitza reste l’unique Relais et Châteaux au pays, et on ne peut qu’être reconnaissants de bons moments passés à cet endroit merveilleux. On y reviendra, comme d’habitude. Merci encore 🙏

Fantastic

One of the nicest accomodations i have stayed in. Property, rooms, spa, staff, service and food are all fantastic. All of these things combined with the unique location of the estate in the middle of tuscan landscapes in Bulgaria makes it one of the most uniqe and remarkable places i visited. Highly recommend!
