The lampshades were completely broken, the chair in our room was missing an arm, there wasn't any soap in the room, a blow dryer was sitting on the bathroom counter in a torn cardboard box, and the safety railing at the front steps was very loose and wobbly."

"The outside of the hotel is deceiving to what's inside of the room. The staff is super sweet and the rooms exceed all expectations. The beds were perfect, the rooms were updated, and despite the outside looking like a regular roadside mot the rooms themselves exceed any motel experience I have had."
