"It was a quick, one night stay, to attend a concert. We were celebrating our daughter’s 18th birthday with her best friends. Our host went above and beyond with welcome chocolates, 18 balloons and sparkling cider. The home was immaculate, and well designed. All check-in directions were very concise and easy to follow. The neighborhood felt very safe and centrally located. "

"I had messed up on my reservation, and Jovan and Jason went out of their way, way out of their way to accommodate my mistake, I had meant to reserve for 3 nights and only reserved 2 nights. I had to reserve a room for the first night wasn't able to combine the rooms because I had gone thru expedia, Jovan made the switching of the 2 room the next day a breeze didn't have to check out at 11 and wait for my room at 4. i was moved and settled into new room before 11. The rooms were very clean, beds and pillows great! I will go there again on my next trip to Alb. Thank you for making my trip so pleasurable safe and secure."

"The house was beautiful and well appointed. There were a few minor issues (which we did not report, because they were just nuisances: - light bulbs burned out (MBR nightstand, MBR shower, 2 of 3 lights I’ve MBR sinks) - lower kitchen oven door handle coming loose - dishwasher handle broken (so we didn’t trust dishwasher and hand- washed everything)"
