We fell in love with Idaho in 2005 and are excited to share our condo so you too can make amazing memories with your family. Our 1 bed, 1 bath ground floor condo is clean and cozy, well stocked with the essentials, and steps from lake, pool or downtown fun. 13 miles to Schweitzer mountain resort. We aren't a property management company, we live in this community and want to help you with our favorite tips and tricks to living and enjoying all Sandpoint has to offer, whether you are looking to sit on the patio enjoying the eagles flying or getting active in the lake, on the tennis/basketball courts, or in the mountains. After a long day, head back home to the condo, enjoy cooking a meal in the open kitchen and getting a good nights rest in the comfortable queen size bed or a fun movie night on the pull out sofa sleeper.
