Great central location on Sanibel. Private beach access on the gulf. Quiet rooms. On-site casual restaurant great for meal after a day at the beach.

Pink Shell Beach Resort and Marina
The Sanibel building is an old building, elevators are slow, there is no direct access to the pool area. Screened in lanai makes it difficult to take nice photos from the balcony because of the screens. Overall, was not what we expected.

La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Ft. Myers-Sanibel Gateway
Very clean rooms, excellent AC, pool and hot spa very clean. I think it needs more umbrellas around the pool. Breakfast was excellent
