Guest access:
You will have private access to the entire townhome for the duration of your stay, including the communal swimming pool, amazing community outdoor spaces, and your private beach. Free Covered Private Garage parking is available as well as Guest parking.

Many guests like to rent bikes, giving them the freedom to ride to the beach, local shops, restaurants, and even the iconic lighthouse—all just a short pedal away.
While Sanibel doesn’t have a public trolley like nearby Fort Myers Beach, its flat terrain and bike-friendly roads make biking the best way to see the sights. Limited car traffic and plenty of scenic routes make every ride a part of the adventure.

Extended Stay Cleaning Policy:
For stays longer than 21 days, we require additional cleanings to maintain the comfort and cleanliness of the space. A $225 cleaning fee will be applied every 2 weeks beyond the initial 21-day period. This includes a full cleaning service similar to the one done between guest stays.
We’ll coordinate with you to schedule the cleanings at a convenient time during your stay. Thank you for your understanding and for helping us keep the home in top condition!

Toll to go onto Sanibel Island via the Sanibel Causeway is $6 for a standard 2-axle vehicle if using a transponder. If you don’t have a transponder (toll-by-plate) it’s $9. SunPass, EzPass and others will work for the $6 rate.
May - October is Turtle nesting season. There are Amber lights throughout the community.
Mr. Cool, Air Conditioning services the unit two times per year. Once in April & once in October, I will contact you if it interferes with your stay.
