"Absolutely lovely hotel. My family was very comfortable and loved the beach. The entire hotel and room was well taken care of, clean and new. They could use more staff at the Tiki bar during busy times as during busy times the staff was visibility overwhelmed. A great family vacation and we would definitely return. "

"A great place in a fantastic location with coffee/ice cream shop, a nice deli with breakfast and lunch offerings, and a great restaurant, all within a short walk. In addition, a short walk to the beach on either side of the island and close to the lighthouse. The bikes were free but in rough shape. The garbage dumpster was overflowing and a bit gross, but I suspect that was not the owner's fault. The hostess was very responsive and checked in several times. Overall, the great stay and would definitely stay there again."

"Nice efficiency. It is not a stand alone cottage. The inclusion of bikes is a bonus. The ocean access is about a 5 to 8 minute bike ride, where you can actually walk on the beach. "

"Simply a wonderful and comfortable location for us to bring our canine companion. Although we may have brought the score of others down due to our fuzzy buddy barking his fool head off at every noise he was not familiar with, or the few times we needed to get away without him. A must stay for the ease of booking and every other interaction! No staged or deceiving photos and a great location for ease of beach walking access. The Sanibel/Captiva Island is a wonderful Florida treasure, and having first travelled there near 51 years ago, it is refreshing that it has not been over-commercialized as it could have. "The location could not be more perfect- beach, pool, town all RIGHT there! The screened in porch and view were amazing and the complex was quiet. The decor was modern, clean and beautiful! We had a great time and already re-booked to come back!"
