"This was a wonderful experience from start to finish! The grounds were beautifully landscaped and the rooms were incredibly clean. The screened in balcony was a great way to start the morning, drinking coffee and watching the waves. Will be back for sure!"

"As soon as we arrived, my daughter’s room needed to be changed immediately. There were stains all over the lampshades the couch had stains all over it, and I actually found a piece of bacon on the couch. We switched her room and honestly the second room they gave her was not much better. My room was also not great at all. The faucets in my bathroom were covered in gunk and goo and I asked for the room to be cleaned again, but it was not fixed. There was women’s hair on the shower walls before any of us either showered. Our safe was broken and we needed someone to come up and fix it our toilet clogged after putting a little bit of toilet paper in it. When I went to the front desk, they took $50 off of my bill but honestly, I would never recommend this place and I would certainly never return. "

"This was a beautiful place!! Everything was very clean, neat, and tidy. Perfect locatio and we could ride bikes to the beach nesr us so we didn't have parking fees! Very easy to contact the host Barbara, so helpful and accommodating. Love this place and will most likely stay again"

"The property was beautiful! The townhouse was clean and fully equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed for our cooking needs. The garage had all manner of beach equipment and toys that we enjoyed using every day. The grounds and pool were very well maintained and we used the pool at least twice a day. The neighbors we met were very friendly. We were pleased with the privacy and peacefulness of the setting. We hope to come again next year."

"Simply a wonderful and comfortable location for us to bring our canine companion. Although we may have brought the score of others down due to our fuzzy buddy barking his fool head off at every noise he was not familiar with, or the few times we needed to get away without him. A must stay for the ease of booking and every other interaction! No staged or deceiving photos and a great location for ease of beach walking access. The Sanibel/Captiva Island is a wonderful Florida treasure, and having first travelled there near 51 years ago, it is refreshing that it has not been over-commercialized as it could have.
