"Close to the train station, restaurants, shopping"

"Good location, about 7mins sub-ground level walk to Hanshin Department Store, which leads to Umeda and Osaka Stations as well as Haruka express to KIX airport. Plenty of shops and restaurants on the sub ground level. (The sub-ground level shopping street closes at 11:55pm and opens at 5am) 3 lifts only serving 17 floors so can take time. Triple room size a little small compared to with Hanshin hotel but adequate. There was a dedicated smoking room on each floor so helpful as the smoking ban in Osaka streets. The only downsides for us) were some ladies touting on the street nearby and some loud cars revving at night."

"Bel immeuble moderne avec de petites chambres et de petites salles de bain compact. Nous avions 2 chambres de 2 lits pour 4 personnes avec porte communicante. La buanderie est trop petite pour le nombre de chambre et nous devions attendre longtemps afin d’obtenir une machine. Désagréable. Pas de personnel à l’accueil car tout est sur une borne donc peu chaleureux."
