Great hotel and will definitely stay there again. All the staff were lovely and the hotel was nice, clean, and once in your room, quiet. I didn't realize that the pool had no heating, so that was a bit of a bite even in warm climes. Breakfast got a bit repetitive and the tongs were a bit gross. But ...

Hotel has great facilities, but it has poor cleanness. we found, at least, 30 bugs inside our apartment. We had to remove the bugs several times as they coming out from somewhere we could not find. The apartment was big and bright but dated. Kitchen was well equipped. The Bathroom had a washing machine. AC was working well. The grounds were well kept. Should change check in time to 3pm instead of 4pm. Customers were lining up to check in and only one staff was on duty.
