This large villa is an amazing property for your Ibiza holiday, with 5 bedrooms, an independent dning and BBQ room, a huge pool and in a quiet location just a few minutes’ drive from the town of San Antonio..

The property has been recently redecorated with modern fittings and styling. As you enter the main house you are welcomed by a large living/dining area, with comfortable sofa, tv, stereo system, and large dining table. This leads into a newly renovated kitchen, fitted with all mod-cons and fully equipped with everything you need.

There are two bedrooms on the ground floor, a double and a twin, each with their own entrances from the front garden and seating areas outside. There is one bathroom on this floor.

*There are three air conditioning units in the villa. One situated in the 1st-floor corridor to supply the top three bedrooms. There is also an additional air-con unit in one of the bedrooms on the first floor. One in the living room area to supply the bottom floor.

As you go up to the first floor you will find 3 bright and airy twin bedrooms and the second bathroom. These bedrooms have fitted wardrobes, are a good size and very bright. The master bedroom has a terrace overlooking the grounds, with a coffee table and chairs, and the third bedroom has a small balcony overlooking the pool.

The property has secure gates at the front of the property, and as you enter through these you will see a large canopy with chill out set, where you can enjoy the warm summer evenings.

From here, follow a path along a pretty mosaic wall feature and you will find the BBQ area. Here you have large dining table, in a separate building across from the main house. The room has a skylight and panoramic windows looking on to a garden, making this a lovely, bright space.

Of course, the most important feature of all for your holiday is the huge swimming pool, located through a set of gates separating it from the garden. You have sun-beds, a large daybed to relax on and shaded sofa area, all just a couple of steps away from the main house. This area has a newly built wall around it for extra privacy and safety.

If you are looking to explore the local area, the beaches on the west coast are some of the most impressive and beautiful of the island, such as some of our personal favourites - Cala Comte, Cala Bassa, Cala Salada and Cala De Bou, which are just a short drive away.

The villa is just a 5-minute drive or 15 minute walk to San Antonio Bay, which has an excellent beach suitable for families. It is also home to the famous O Beach Club and family friendly beach club Bam-bu-ku, a large selection of bars, places to eat out and entertainment venues such as bowling, live music and water sports. San Antonio Bay is a great family resort as well as being fantastic for enjoying night life.

From the Bay, you can get a water taxi across to San Antonio, or enjoy a 20-minute walk along the beach or promenade. Walking around you will pass many beach front bars, Ibiza Rocks Bar which is famous for its music and live sets through the summer, Linekers, Itaka, a selection of fun fair rides and the clubs of Eden and Es Paradis.

San Antonio itself is a lively resort, it has a large mariner and port, with plenty of boat trips to choose from and hundreds of restaurants to dine at. It is pretty by day with fountains along the promenade and by evening has a choice of remarkable sunset venues, as well as being host to a large party scene by night on the West End.

The capital of the island, Ibiza town, is a 25-minute drive away, where you can wander around the small boutiques, bars and museums within the old fortress, go shopping or have a meal out in a vast selection of restaurants. For those of you who want to enjoy the night-life of Ibiza, the nightclub Pacha is located here, you have a choice of stylish bars in the mariner, and Playa den Bossa is just 5 minutes away with the famous clubs of Hard Rock Hotel and Ushuaia.

Having your own car will give you a special sense of freedom, independence and possibility to see Ibiza in a more authentic way. You will be able to get to all the hidden gems of the island in your own time, therefore we always recommend to hire a car. If driving isn't an option for you, then booking transfers would be the fastest, most convenient way of getting around the island. If you want to book or request quote, just ask :)

**There is a Tourist tax of €2.20 per person, per night to be collected separately by the host, 6 weeks before arrival. For arrivals that are less than six weeks, tourist tax will be collected once the booking is confirmed.

CHECK-IN
Leaving the airport, please call us and we will meet you at the villa to check you in, and check the passport to confirm the identity of the person who has made the property booking and signed the booking pack. At the same time, we will take any outstanding payments and answer any questions.

The fees regarding out of hours check in/check out are as per our terms and conditions.
Our working hours are 8am – 8pm, for arrivals and departures not within these hours, the following surcharges apply:
Check-in/out between 8pm - 11pm - 50 Euros
Check-in/out between 11pm - 6am - 70 Euros
Check-in/out between 6 am -8 am – 50 euros

These charges are not for you to extend your holiday stay; they are for our team members to meet you at the property outside of our working hours.

PLEASE NOTE: If bookings are 2 weeks or more, then an extra cleaning is necessary every 7 days and the payment is extra on top of the advertised price.

All these payments are paid on arrival at the villa.
