Perfect! Everyone who works there, from the hotel to the pool, were/ are absolutely fantastic. Cava at check in and available for breakfast 😘👌we went for a totally chilled holiday, and that is what we got. Would have stayed longer if we could!

Perfect relaxing getaway

Beautiful relaxing escape away in a peaceful location. Numerous beaches short walks away with easy access to other touristy areas as needed. Didn't really want to leave the hotel most days. Staff are so friendly and welcoming and good choice was impressive

The area is very quiet, close to the ocean and 2 supermarkets close by as well. The property offers transport to a beach (free) as well as to the city MAO (4 euro). If you like to dive, you can do that too right at the property. Also the food is great. There was nothing I did't like.

Upon checking in late in the evening the receptionist wasn’t very accommodating and helpful. The apartment was in a great size and the private pool and terrace great, the floor was dirty and the windows as well making me feel like the room had been empty for a while and they had forgotten to do a little extra clean before my arrival. The food on offer and the variety of the buffet for breakfast, lunch and dinner is very limited and I must say I did not feel like I was in a 4 star hotel. Overall I had a good stay and enjoyed the quietness

It is a lovely place and a nice location although not very much around the area to do in the evening we still had an enjoyable stay. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Alexa really stood out and was so lovely, always upbeat and very positive. I can’t believe that she remembered everyone’s name. She definitely deserves a five star rating. We were only here for a short stay to attend a family wedding, but would probably return again and do a lot more exploring. Although admittedly taxi’s can be quite expensive

Great experience! Quiet, clean, great location (only 10km from Mahon), easy parking, variety of food, staff always polite and smiling (from Sara and Racquel at front desk to Beatriz and Maria Jesus in restaurant). Just clarify any doubts at front desk from using mini bar to staying around pool area so no confusion later on (basically listen carefully for the instructions even if its all inclusive). I would highly recommend you stay at this Hyatt property!

Nice hotel, but if you really like ot quiet it is not the best option. The walls are very thin, you hear every word the neighbour say, even if somebody plugged in the electronic device you could hear it very loud. Also the shows which they have 5 days a week you can hear in the room loud and clear. Even if the room is on the other side of the event. A pitty that you could not read that kind of info at the booking. We would have decided differently. The floor in the room was not very clean, breakfast was ok - huge varieties. The hotel staff was helpful and friendly. All in one - nice hotel but not for us - we will not come again.

We had a lovely stay at the hotel. The staff are all friendly and helpful, especially Alberto and Alexa. Great facilities and peaceful. Lovely pool area and spa. (Steam room wasn’t working) The pool area has one adults pool for guests only, which they had reserved for a private party one day which was annoying. But the days we did use it weren’t overcrowded and always a sunbed. The other pool is open to the public and it seems they allowed kids. The restaurant is great with pretty views over the sea. Food was good, the only negative was the labels weren’t updated so was hard to know what was veggie. Good singers for evening entertainment most nights. There isn’t much in the location so I’d recommend all inclusive. There is sea to swim but not a beach, the hotel offers a free shuttle to a nearby beach. Also Hop on the free land train for a tour around s’algar. We would return.

We had a great week here at AluaSoul, I don’t know what the poor reviews are about but the all inclusive option had as much food and drink to satisfy an army. The adults-only pool is lovely with lots of loungers with own fully stocked bar with snacks. Great staff. Really quiet and friendly place. Will be back.

Lovely property and enjoyed our stay. Only downside was that we were booked in for an early breakfast this morning (6:50) before our airport pick up - but when we got up to the restaurant we were not expected - no coffee available (except water) felt like we were turned away - did say we were booked but it may have been lost in translation. Staff very good in general.

It was a pleasant enough experience but learning on arrival one had to pay for loungers by the pool or be crammed into the adults only section was sad. It felt like a meat market of loungers lined up or €10 or more for a sunlounger by the pool. This should chage. The coffee at breakfast was just a long sweaty queue. Unpleasant. It would be easier to make a pot per table I’m sure. The staff were wonderful. But all in all quite basic across the board. A nice pleasant stay But there are definite some things that need work.
