Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
Good day we have booked a house through you and want to file a complaint about this. Floors were not accessible inside, which was not indicated in the advertisement. The house was a horrible place to stay. Furniture was broken and broken. The lamps were broken. Kitchen cabinet was not attached to the wall. The refrigerator was dirty with animals. Pool jets were broken. Garden furniture was so broken that it was dangerous to sit on. The few garden cushions present did not fit the furniture. Dishwasher was in the basement so we washed the whole stay by hand. Trampoline was broken, we found the pieces through the garden. Broken lamps, tiles and parasol feet were scattered throughout the garden. Kitchen council was not complete and seemed left behind by previous guests. Joint on the terrace, butt in the garden. Open scissors at the bottom of the stairs. No sun protection anywhere and when asked if we could get a parasol, we were not heard. The day before arrival we had to pay a €500 deposit which was not known at the front and when we asked after departure when we would get this back, this would have already been transferred but have not received anything yet. We have been booking holiday homes for years and this was almost 2x more expensive than the previous one, but we have never experienced such a bad experience in terms of hygiene, safety and inhospitability.
