The facilities all very nice, room very clean, staff very friendly, shuttle service to and from airport very reliable, their restaurants good food and service. The only thing that could be improved is the orange juice during breakfast time. I will definitely go to back to Salles Hotel. Thanks"

"Great location within walking distance to everything we wanted to do, see and eat. Easy access to public transportation. Our room had a fantastic view of the cathedral. WiFi and air conditioning were excellent."

"Although this hotel is a little out of the city, 7 bus stops on the H16, it only takes 10 to 15 minutes to get here from Placa Espanya. The A2 bus from/to the Placa is direct too. The hotel is modern and the staff are friendly. Food and Drink are good and we enjoyed the breakfast."

"We had a nice clean room near the airport but also walkable to a great restaurant we found 20 min away as we were unsure of the restaurant on site.. Staff allowed us to check in early after arriving from our cruise. Loved the free shuttle to airport!"

"Prime location for metro travel. The red building is something you can’t miss. There is construction going on so I would imagine it’s only going to look better (I would like to come back to see this growth). Initially, the staff was very helpful and welcoming they were able to provide me all the information I needed regarding my reservation and let me know the amenities that were included and what can also be purchased on the side. I do feel that some of the items in the room were overpriced, so I tried not to touch them. The only issue I had was regarding the shower and the caulking that was outdated when I showered there is a hole that would allow water to get out of the shower and I had noticed that the first night let him know that it happened and if I can get more towels. The next day, I completely forgot and almost ended up, hurting myself by slipping. I did make staff aware so I hope that they are fixing the issue before the next reservation."

"We really enjoyed our stay and would absolutely stay here again. The hotel has so much old-world charm—it felt like stepping back in time, but in the best way. It never felt outdated or worn, just full of character and history. One of our favorite things was how cold the room got at night. After long days of exploring Barcelona, it was wonderful to come back to a cool room and get a great night's sleep. Housekeeping did an excellent job keeping our room clean and refreshed every day, and every staff member we encountered was friendly and welcoming. A special shout-out to the young bartender at the pool, who was especially kind and made us feel right at home. The location was another huge plus. It was centrally located, making it easy to walk to many of Barcelona's most popular attractions, restaurants, and shops. We also felt very safe walking around the area, even in the evenings. The only minor downside was that the mattresses were on the firmer side. You could occasionally feel the springs, so if you prefer a plush bed, that's something to keep in mind. Overall, the hotel's charm, excellent service, cleanliness, comfortable air conditioning, and fantastic location far outweighed that one small issue. We would definitely recommend it to others and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again."
