Our beautiful and welcoming apartment is located in a Residence consisting of two beautiful villas with several apartments, in an oasis of well-being with unique views and a heated salt pool in spring and autumn! Also accessible to disabled people, it is located on the ground floor of a villa, right in front of the swimming pool, the views are enchanting, the white sandy sea is only 12 km away! Swimming pool, sun and relaxation guaranteed !!!!!
The apartment has 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, equipped kitchen, 1 sofa with 2 single beds and piano in the TV area, 2 large bathrooms with shower, 1 of which can also be used by the disabled. The laundry area (8 kg washing machine) is located in an external room and is shared with three other apartments in the same villa. You can eat outside using tables and chairs in the front garden.
The outdoor area, the gardens, the swimming pool, the hot tub, solarium, gazebo, oven and barbecue are shared with other guests. The sea is only 12 km away, the mountain 24 km, there are games for children and adults (billiards and ping-pong table). Bicycles can be hired. This apartment is also suitable for disabled people.
For all guests is included: free use of the outdoor salt water swimming pool open from April 1st to October 31st and heated by a solar system in low season, equipped gazebo in the swimming pool, various games (table football and ping table -pong), barbecue and wood oven, jacuzzi.
We can rent bicycles.
We are on a green hill with a beautiful panorama, a quiet and relaxing place, the absence of smog, a strategic point both for the sea and the nightlife, both for excursions in the mountains to discover waterfalls, streams, natural pools, ancient shrines and for visiting the most famous places in Abruzzo and Marche: Civitella del Tronto, Campli, Teramo, Atri, L'Aquila, Ascoli Piceno, San Benedetto del Tronto, the Gran Sasso National Park, the Maiella National Park.
