Whitney’s Oceanview Studio — A warm and romantic 1bd/1bth coastal escape with ocean views throughout. Enjoy a comfortable living room for movie nights, a full kitchen for home-cooked meals, and a cozy queen bedroom for restful mornings. Step outside to a peaceful seating area for two—perfect for coffee, sunset wine, or slow conversations. Friendly, inviting, and ideal for couples looking to relax, reconnect, and enjoy a quiet retreat by the sea.
Perched at the top of a hill, this relaxing studio offers beautiful ocean views and a peaceful setting to unwind. Inside, you’ll find a cozy living room with Smart TV, a full kitchen for easy meals, a queen bed for restful nights, and a spacious closet for extended stays. The bathroom is bright and convenient, giving you everything you need for a comfortable coastal getaway.

Disclosures:
- This guesthouse unit is a full-studio underneath a long-term tenant. Upper tenant does have a lovely dog you may see from time to time.
- Please be aware oven does not work but stovetop does. We are currently replacing the unit.

Perfect studio for a solo traveler. Everything was exactly as described and very comfortable. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet. The property manager, Aidan, was very helpful and responsive.

Beautiful view, great location! Easy walk to coffee and beach park… short drive to Santa Barbara, Montecito, etc! Owner was easy to communicate with access to apartment was easy and secure… beware that bathroom walls do not reach ceiling so acoustically integrated… recommend!

Cozy studio

We enjoyed our one night stay, on our way between San Diego and San Jose. The place was clean and private, with a nice partial view of the ocean. Convenient parking. No issues.
