Delightful little hotel, room was really spacious. Complimentary breakfast was nice, get there early as a little cramped. Highlight of the stay were the receptionists, so friendly and helpful. Great location for harbour and downtown in Santa Barbara.

The Franciscan was an excellent choice for our stopover in Santa Barbara. Staff was excellent, beds were the comfiest hotel beds ever, grounds were beautiful, and it was the perfect location to walk to the beach and pier. They even have bicycles to use!

Stayed here for the weekend for a friend’s wedding and it was the cutest place ever! Super close by to downtown, the beach, walkable, and quiet. Staff was so nice and the rooms were lovely. Would stay here again for a weekend in SB :)

It is in a perfect walkable location in SB. We picked it because they allow dogs and the room is actually perfect to have dogs! Little kitchen, which makes feeding them easy. Also spacious! We brought a Great Dane and there was plenty of room :) Bed was pretty comfy and room has AC and a nice bathroom. The only thing I didn’t love was the noise. You can hear the people above you, but a sound machine helps! Honestly despite the noise, would stay here again ;)

Hotel is in very nice and convenient area. Staff are very friendly, and grounds are very nice. My only issue was that the pillows were way to thick. The front desk agent was nice enough to give me a clean blanket which I used during my 5 day stay.
