Modern Condo on Sunbrook Golf Course
- Modern, clean and calm. Our 3 bedroom condo is the perfect spot to get away. Located on the Sunbrook Golf Course (Blackrock Nine Holes), it offers lovely views from the patio, living room and master bedroom of the Red Mountains and Pine Valley. Private one car garage and the owner has provided two bikes for your use. Community hot tub is heated year-round and the pool is heated from May through October. Desk area provides a space to work from home. The unit is located on the second floor of the building access is via stairs not, no elevator in this building. Please note, the Sienna project is under construction and you may hear construction noise during the day time hours. ** Please note the poll hot tub and clubhouse have been demolished and are under construction and no completion date has been determined at this time.
